I began this blog a while ago but as of now my blog will be dedicated to family history work. This will be a record or rather a book of remembrance and I will include information about me and my family history.
Every few years since 1982 there has been a family reunion that is held from my moms side of the family. It is called the Smith line. I just recently received this invite in the mail for this years upcoming reunion. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend because I will be leaving on a mission on August 5th, but I was happy and excited to receive the invite.
We also have a gathering for a reunion from another line on my families side called the Mills family. This reunion is held every other year and there is a website dedicated to show information about the upcoming reunion, and it also gives some information about the Mills family. This website can be easily accessed by google searching the "Mills Family Reunion", or you can reach the main page by this link:

My sister Anne Kizerian is the one who set up the website and she edits it often.
Speaking of my mission, I just opened my mission call this last Monday May 19th 2009. Here is a scanned copy of part of my mission call. It was signed by President Monson. I'm going to serve in McAllen Texas. I have heard it is an all Spanish speaking mission, one of the only in the United States, and I'm very excited. I will arrive in the Provo MTC on August 5th 2009 (2 days after my 21st b-day). I can't wait to serve!
